Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership Terms and Conditions
The Membership Terms and Conditions govern the use of all facilities and services provided by Côte D'Or National Sports Complex. They are intended to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all members, guests and visitors. Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website and at Reception.
Operating hours and closures
- General Operating Schedule: Côte D’Or National Sports Complex will be open year-round, except for possible closures or on public holidays, major events, or competitions, or as otherwise decided by Management.
- Scheduled Maintenance and Structural Improvements: The Management may also close for general maintenance or structural improvements. This excludes emergency situations where the Complex may be fully or partially closed.
- Management Discretion on Access and Operations: The Management may from time to time and without prior notice, change the operating hours, close all or certain facilities temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access, and/or suspend or cancel any activity if management considers the circumstances require.
- Payment Obligations During Limited Access: The obligation to pay dues is not dependent upon the availability of the Côte D’Or National Sports Complex facilities. Repairs, maintenance, safety or special events may require the restriction of use or closing of various areas from time to time. Dues will not be reduced or suspended during the time when such facilities are not available.
Membership and access
Members:
- Membership Package Option: Members may choose the membership package that best suits their needs: Off-Peak Gym, Off-Peak Pool, Off-Peak Gym & Pool, Gym, Pool, or Gym & Pool
- Membership Package Changes: Membership packages cannot be upgraded or topped up during the current billing month. Any changes to a membership package will take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Membership payment due date: Members agree to pay all membership fees and any other applicable charges on or before the due date. Membership fees are billed monthly and are payable in advance for the upcoming membership month. The Member is granted a grace period until the 10th day of the applicable membership month to settle the monthly membership fee. The grace period does not change the billing period or due date; it merely extends the time allowed for payment. The membership fee paid during the grace period remains payment for the current membership month, not the previous month.
- Access to Additional Facilities: If a member wishes to use a facility that is not included in their current membership package during the month (for example, a Gym member wishing to use the Pool), they may purchase a single session for that facility.
- Single Session Eligibility: Single sessions are intended for Non-members or Members who wish to access a facility that is not included in their current membership package.
- Pro-rated Membership fees: Pro-rated membership fees apply only to individuals enrolling as new Members for the first time. A pro-rated fee is applicable only where the membership commences between the 15th day and the last day of the calendar month. In such cases, the Member shall pay a pro-rated fee covering the period from the date of joining until the end of that month. Thereafter, the full monthly membership fee shall be payable in accordance with the Membership Fees and Payment terms.
- No Lock In Contract: Our memberships operate on a no lock-in contract. Members who do not attend or use the facilities for an entire billing month should inform the Management in writing that they are freezing their membership account.
- Monthly Membership Charges: If a member accesses the facility at any time during the billing month, even for a single day, the full monthly membership fee remains payable.
