Raveena Bhoyroh-Nirsimloo, who works for Mauritius Multisports Infrastructure Limited (MMIL) as a junior administrator on the LFC coaching programme, earns global recognition one more time for the impressive work she does behind the scenes. Winner of the LFC International Academy Partner Recognition Award, she received this recognition for her remarkable contribution for the operational management at Côte d’Or National Sports Complex. To celebrate this win, she has been awarded with a personalised LFC jersey.
The LFC Partner Recognition Award is for off-field staff and celebrates outstanding contributions across all the club’s global coaching projects. With over 200 support staff working across 20 countries, this highly coveted award was introduced with the intention of recognising the immense effort required to successfully deliver market leading coaching programmes. It also highlights the importance of the staff in each country demonstrating the core values that are so significant for LFC. From operational and logistics tasks, marketing, and promotion, through to player welfare, the intense effort and commitment demonstrated by each member of staff is integral to the success of the programmes.
Awarded on a quarterly basis, Raveena was the most recent recipient of the award. Head Coach Neil Murphy commented, “We can’t successfully operate without the dedication and commitment of individuals like Raveena. There’s a lot of work that takes place behind the scenes on coaching projects like this so it’s nice that the effort is recognised with an award such as this. Raveena was my first full-time member of staff, and she has proven to be a real asset for us.
“Raveena has worked unbelievably hard behind the scenes since her arrival. She is wholly committed to our core values and has a tremendous work ethic. Raveena is also an inspirational role model in the workplace for everyone involved with the LFC International Academy in Mauritius and for all women forging careers in professional environments. I’m very lucky to have her on board as my job would be a lot harder without her! Congratulations on the award.”
Name on the jersey! Raveena, keep up the great work!
