LFC International Academy Mauritius is an official partner of the Club and we deliver coaching programmes for ages 12-19 under the guidance of LFC. Through daily communication with the technical and business teams in Liverpool, programmes are planned, delivered and administered to the high standards expected by LFC.
The programme is run by head coach Neil Murphy who has 30 years experience working with LFC and he is supported by 24 local coaches all certified to coach the Liverpool Way.
The Liverpool Way
With a global vision to deliver the most authentic club coaching programme to all our participants around the world, LFC International Academy Mauritius offers young players on the island an opportunity to learn to play The Liverpool Way, developing them both on and off the pitch. The Liverpool Way is a philosophy that runs throughout LFC. It incorporates the four core values of the club, and these values permeate through everything that we do at the LFC International Academy.
These values are:
- Ambition – Know that dreams are to be achieved
- Commitment – Put your heart and soul in to everything
- Dignity – Earn respect through honesty and integrity
