Centre National d’Excellence du Football (CNEF)
The CNEF was officially launched in October 2025, with Yann Danielou as Academy Director. He holds a football coaching instructor diploma from France Football Federation and an UEFA A License. Danielou played 410 football matches in his European career and has held many coaching positions.
The CNEF is split into 3 boys categories; U15, U17 and second division players, and they compete in the national champions categories respectively.
It’s main objective is to establish high-level standards by providing the structural, financial, and human resources necessary to meet the demands and constraints of performance. Danielou’s philosophy is what matters is not who the players are today, but who they will become tomorrow. The academy takes a qualitative and developmental approach where the immediate results of the teams are not the only indicators. It also places great importance on holistic development: sports academic and behavioural.
