Hire our Media and conference Lounge

Located in the three main facilities of Côte d’Or National Sports Complex: The Multipurpose Hall, Aquatic Centre and The Stadium, our media rooms and conference lounges are fully equipped with multimedia and light system to deliver a seamless audio and visual presentations for networking experiences. Our unique lounges can accommodate a minimum of 50 persons to a maximum of 80 persons.

Note: Only the Press Conference room at The Stadium is fully equipped with multimedia, but the other media spaces can be equipped with Boom Box (JBL) and 2 wireless microphones.

Terms & Conditions

The prices are indicative and includes VAT.
Deposit policy: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total balance is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid full at least 30 days before the commencement date of the lease period.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation at MMIL’S (Mauritius Multisports Infrastructure Limited) sole and absolute discretion.
Cancellation policy: Where the client wishes to cancel this agreement on less than 25 working days’ notice of the commencement date of the lease period, MMIL (Mauritius Multisports Infrastructure Limited) shall apply a cancellation charge equal to the following percentage of the Total Contact Sum as specified at Annex A of the contract: 25 – 15 days’ notice is equal to 50% and 14 – 0 days’ notice is equal to 100%.
