Terms & Conditions
- The prices are indicative and includes VAT.
- Deposit policy: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total balance is required to confirm a booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid full at least 30 days before the commencement date of the lease period.
- Failure to do so may result in cancellation at MMIL’S (Mauritius Multisports Infrastructure Limited) sole and absolute discretion.
- Cancellation policy: Where the client wishes to cancel this agreement on less than 25 working days’ notice of the commencement date of the lease period, MMIL (Mauritius Multisports Infrastructure Limited) shall apply a cancellation charge equal to the following percentage of the Total Contact Sum as specified at Annex A of the contract: 25 – 15 days’ notice is equal to 50% and 14 – 0 days’ notice is equal to 100%.
